Linda Carr – Owner/Broker: Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Whitehawk Ranch, coming to Whitehawk in 1990, with over 18 years of title company and development experience. I helped bring to fruition the White Family’s vision of an environmentally sensitive development for the original McKenzie Ranch. Having obtained my Real Estate License in the early 80’s, I sold for the developers of Plumas Pines and shared in the early excitement and development of Plumas Pines Golf Course and Real Estate Development. I have been a licensed real estate broker 26 years.

Carol Yeater, CRS, GRI: I have been a licensed real estate agent for fourteen years, and have achieved the professional designations of GRI (GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE) and CRS (CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST), both of which required an additional 100 hours of study. I previously worked as a legal assistant for 11 years prior to becoming a RealtorÒ and, as such, have a broad understanding of the law. For the past 16 years, I have also been involved in homeowner/community association management.  I have been actively involved in the Plumas County Association of Realtors serving as a Director for six years and President in 2006. I have also been serving as a State Director for the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and was currently named CAR’s Region II Chairperson. Region II encompasses 9 Northern California Counties. I manage a comprehensive property management program with both short-term and long-term rentals located throughout the entire area and also offer personalized home care services for local owners and out-of-area owners alike. I am a licensed notary public and can assist you with all of your notary needs.
